You must be pre-approved to use this link. You must have a pre-approved 9-12 Weeks Program Plan and have been accepted into the program.
Please email Marlene after payment processing is completed so your account will be created and you can get started on the same day.
The Final Evaluation fee will be paid separately when you reserve the Final Evaluation. The fee depends on the completion time and your Program Plan.
Final Evaluation Fee:
$150.00 if completing the program in 12 weeks or less.
$200.00 if completing the program in 12-16 weeks.
The final evaluation fee is to be paid when reserving the final evaluation at least 10 days in advance, after completing Module 1 of Part 3.
Please note that there is an extension fee if you do not complete the program within your program plan. Please contact Marlene for details.
