Welcome to the Russian Medical Terminology Assessment!

This assessment is to evaluate your baseline knowledge of medical concepts in Russian.

There are three exams:

1. Practice Exam: This is to help you become familiar with the format of recording the audios. If you have any difficulties recording, please contact Marlene and do not continue to the exam. Time limit: 8 minutes.

2. English to Russian Exam. Time limit: 30 minutes.

3. Russian to English Exam. Time limit: 18 minutes.

The estimated time of completion for the full assessment is 55-60 minutes, although on average, candidates finish the full assessment in less than 55 minutes.

This assessment includes reading skills (reading sentences in English and verbally interpreting into Russian and reading sentences in Russian and verbally interpreting into English) and interpreting skills (listening to sentences in English and interpreting into Russian, and listening to sentences in Russian and interpreting into English).  It also includes listening and comprehension skills test in Russian.

For a smooth assessment experience, please use:

1. A laptop computer (not a mobile device) for accessing the assessment activities.

2. A headset-microphone attachment for your laptop.
