G18Optum Registration and Orientation for the 60-Hour Program

Welcome to Culture Advantage!
This is the special page for the Pre-approved Program Plan: G18Optum Registration and Orientation for the 60-Hour Program
60-Hour Program 12-16 weeks.
You will have access to each part of the program for 4 weeks, with additional 2 weeks extension at no charge to allow for grading and remediation if needed.
This link is to be used for the pre-approved Program Plan only.
 
Prepaid Plan: $795.00 (covers Part 1, Part 2, Part 3).
The Comprehensive Final Evaluation (CFE)  fee is $150.00 (if the program is completed in 12 weeks) to be paid separately when reserving the final evaluation.
The CFE is $200.00 if completing the program in 13-16 weeks.

Upon successful payment transaction, you will receive an email confirmation of payment and your log in access.
Please follow the instructions for taking the Online Orientation.
After completing the Online Orientation (it may take 1-2 hours, depending on your availability), you would receive access to Part 1 Section 1 within 3-4 hours.
Please complete the Online Orientation within 10 days of registration.

If you cancel your registration within 24 hours, there is a $5.00 cancellation fee provided you have not received access to the lessons.

There is no refund past 5 days of registration.

There is no refund once you receive access to the lessons. You would have to complete the lessons, or you may substitute another person to take your place. You will need to make your own arrangements if you would like to do this. The substitute person must contact Culture Advantage and complete the application form for approval to take the course. The substitution process must be completed within 10 days of registration.

Completing the payment processing indicates agreement to the Culture Advantage Terms and Conditions/Policies.
