Welcome to the Comprehensive Spanish Medical Terminology Course.
This course has two sections:
Section 1 (Cardiovascular, Musculoskeletal, Digestive, Endocrine, Nervous System)
Section 2 (Respiratory, Urinary, Reproductive, Blood Disorders, Immune System)
The course is designed to be completed in 4 to 6 weeks:
Section 1 - 2 to 3 weeks
Section 2 - 2 to 3 weeks
The quizzes, and audio exercises are for your own practice and preparation for the Oral Section Exams.
If you are enrolled and accepted into the Culture Advantage MI Program, the oral exams are reviewed and graded, and you may attend two Spanish practice sessions at no charge when they are scheduled.
For students who are only taking the Spanish courses and who are not accepted into the Culture Advantage Medical Interpreting Program, the oral exam is reviewed and graded but the Spanish practice sessions are not included. You may sign up (Extra Fee) for the sessions when they are scheduled. Please contact me if you would like to sign up for the Spanish Practice Sessions.
Students who are not accepted into the Culture Advantage MI Program, may receive a "Certificate of Completion of Comprehensive Spanish Medical Terminology for Interpreters - 20 Hours" for successful completion of:
- Section 1 quizzes, assignments, oral exam, and one practice session.
- Section 2 quizzes, assignments, oral exam, and one practice session.
