Welcome to Culture Advantage! Thank you for signing up for Part 1 of the program. After completing payment processing, you would be able to complete the Online Orientation right away.

The Orientation Packet includes:
1. Technical Orientation
2. Brief Pretest (if not previously completed)
3. General Orientation Main Page

Please complete each course consecutively. After you complete the orientation, please email me to receive access to Part 1 Section 1. Let me know if you have any questions and I would be glad to assist you!

You have one week to complete the Orientation. However, once you complete the orientation, you may start the lessons,  Email me after completing the Orientation to let me know when  you want to start the lessons. That would be the date that you start the program. It may be the same day as the Orientation Date. After Orientation is completed and your request to start is received, you would be able to start Part 1 Section 1. It may take 3-4 hours to get your account set up to start Part 1. Please contact me with any questions and welcome to Culture Advantage!

Important: If you decide not to continue with the program, there is a $50.00 fee for cancellation within 24 hours of registration, even if you did not access the lessons. After 24 hours, the cancellation fee is $75.00. If you receive access to the lessons, there is no refund.

The Online Orientation includes the Brief Pretest to assess your language skills in both languages. It is required to be completed in order to take Part 2 or Part 3 of the program. There is no separate charge for the Brief Pretest if you complete Part 1. If you decide not to complete Part 1, there will be  $60.00 charge for the Brief Pretest which is not refundable.

The course fee does not include Private Lessons, Private Coaching, Private Practice Sessions, Exam Retakes, No-Show, Extension Fees, or Reinstatement Fees.

If unable to complete Part 1 in 6 weeks, you may sign up for extension. The fee is $90.00 for one month extension.
