PP402016 Special Fee: Prepaid Option 40-Hour Program
To be used with approval only.
This payment option prepays Part 1, Part 2, Part 3.
This is a 12-week program. Each part is to be completed within 4 weeks. You may request a 2-week extension for each part, at no extra charge.
The Final Evaluation is to be paid separately.
The Final Evaluation is comprehensive and reserved at least 1-2 weeks in advance (depending on the program plan). The fee is $150.00 at the time of reservation if the program is completed within 12 weeks.
If you complete the program in 13-16 weeks, the Final Evaluation fee is $175.00.
If you complete the program in 17-20 weeks, the Final Evaluation fee is $200.00.
