Final Evaluation fee is paid separately when reserving the comprehensive Final Evaluation.

If taking the Final Evaluation within 9-12 weeks: The final evaluation fee is $150.00.

If taking the Final Evaluation within 12-16 weeks: The final evaluation fee is $200.00.

If taking the Final Evaluation within 16-20 weeks: The final evaluation fee is $250.00.
