This course includes Sight Translation and Consecutive Interpreting practice sentences in a format that simulates the NBCMI national certification exam.

You will sight translate two articles into Spanish.
You will be recording your answers and your test results will be reviewed by a Culture Advantage mentor who is an MD or CMI-Spanish/MD You will be given feedback on general fluency, accuracy of interpretation, time compliance and general suggestions on interpreting skills as appropriate.

Results are usually available within 7-10 days. 
Please sign up for Expedited Review (additional $75.00) if you need the results before 5 days. With the Expedited Review, your results will be emailed to you within 3-5 days provided all of the exam has been completed.

You have 10 days to take the exams after signing up. The actual exam lasts approximately one hour depending on the student's performance.

The exams may only be taken once. There are alternate exams in case you are not able to complete the simulation exams.

Approval from Culture Advantage is required before you sign up.
