Level 2 : Intermediate with Consecutive Interpreting
For interpreters who have completed a medical interpreter program with 8 hours or more of anatomy and medical terminology.
This is a language-neutral course for all languages.
For online option, must pass the test with 80% grade.

Learning Objectives:
1. Explain medical terminology for MRSA.
2. Become familiar with patient instructions regarding MRSA.
3. Explain Contact Precautions.
4. Describe preventive practices for spread of infection in particular, spread of MRSA infection in hospitals and in the community.
6. Relate how knowledge of the MRSA infection will enhance the interpreter's professional practice.
7. Practice interpreting patient information using consecutive interpreting or simultaneous interpreting.

Pass the test with 80% grade. You may take the test twice. Download your certificate.
Participant must have completed basic medical interpreter training.
You will have 24 hours from registration to complete the course and download your certificate.
